I got the recipe from here: http://www.meals.com/Recipes/RecipeDetails.aspx?RecipeID=11406&Servings=...
It was really good! My 5 and 6 year old had two servings even.
8 ounces angel hair pasta
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 large clove garlic, peeled and minced
1/2 cup chicken broth
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup whipping cream
1 tablespoon finely grated lemon peel
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain.
Meanwhile, heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add oil and sauté garlic for 1 minute, or until just golden; do not brown. Add chicken broth and lemon juice; bring to a boil. Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 3 minutes.
Reduce heat to low, add Parmesan cheese, cream and lemon peel; cook about 3 minutes to thoroughly heat, but do not boil. Season with salt.
Combine shrimp mixture and chopped cilantro with the angel hair pasta; toss to mix. Serve immediately.
And since my camera is messed up, I'm going to steal the pic off the site too! lol

8Reading this at dinner time... ugh. Sounds awesome!! But hubby is allergic to shellfish so I'll have to make it on his "poker night" or something when he's away!! Leave dude! I'm hungry!!
9I made this, it was so terrific! Thanks for the amazing recipe, its on the repeat list in our house now and everyone from ages 9 to 38 was crazy about it. I did it with half and half to reduce the calories for my diabetic husband and it still was great.
