yet another recipe that combines my two favorite things...candy and cookies! enjoy.

ROLO COOKIES
1 c. margarine (room temp.)
1 c. sugar (plus more for rolling)
1 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
3/4 c. cocoa
1 bag (13 oz.) Rolos
Mix dry ingredients with margarine. Mix all wet ingredients together, then add to dry. Cover an individual Rolo in about 1 Tbs. of the dough. Roll in sugar. Bake at 375 degrees for about 7-10 minutes. Cookies should flatten as they bake, and small cracks should appear on the top. Best when served the same day.
