A recipe for healthy french fries !


INGREDIENTS

Potatoes (as many as you think you need , 1 potato= approx. 10 fries)
Rosemary
Garlic
Vegetable Oil

DIRECTIONS

1. Chop your potatoes into long , skinny pieces . You can keep the skins or peel them if you like , but keep in mind the skins are a good source of fibre !
2. Take a medium size pan and cover it with vegetable oil , cover the fries in oil too .
3. Chop up the garlic and add it to the mixture . Add the rosemary too .
4. Cook on the stove at about medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes .
5. After cooking on the stove , put in them oven at 400 degrees for 10-15 minutes , or until golden brown on the edges .
6. Enjoy !
