I came up with this while screwing around in the kitchen with my food. Funny how that works! :)
This recipe is a nice combo of salty, sweet, creamy, crunchy and cold.
INGREDIENTS
Saltine crackers
Nutella
Your favorite flavor of ice cream (Pralines and Cream is a favorite of mine for this.)
For each sandwich, coat two saltines (one side only) with Nutella. Pop your favorite flavor of ice cream between the layers of Nutella, press together, and get your ice cream sandwich groove on!
