4 eggs, 2 shallots,basilicum/green pesto, 1/2 pound tomatoes, olive oil, 100 g mozzarella, chopped up freezer spinach or fine cut rucola, a couple of drops tabasco .
Mix the eggs discharge with shallots, basilicum/pesto, salt and pepper. Mix spinach through it.Slice tomatoes small .pour egg discharge in divide mozzarella and tomatoes on it. move in the oven till the top is almost dry and the cheese is melted tips : delicous with fresh tomatoes salad and white italian wine.
