This is such a quick and easy way to do this.
Use whatever frozen breaded chicken you have - breaded chicken fillets are good, they are bigger. Fry them in oil until they are golden brown and cooked through - 5 min. or so. Drain on paper towels.
Put them in one layer in a 9 x 13" pan lined with Reynolds Release foil.
Top with a jar of pasta sauce - whatever you like. Here's a trick that I do - whenever I use jarred pasta sauce I add a small jar of pesto to the sauce along with some extra oregano. If I have time I will also add some minced garlic.
Now, top with sliced fresh mozzarella or a bag of shredded mozzarella. Sprinkle on some Parmesan.
Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly and cheese is melted, about 25 min.
Serve with a bagged salad (sprinkle some Parmesan on the salads too, to carry the flavors through the meal) and you've got a meal you spent 15 minutes to make in the kitchen, plus cooking time! And maybe add some breadsticks brushed with garlic butter and sprinkled with more Parmesan!

2My husband made this for me on our very first date (minus the oregano). It is good (maybe that's why I married him 6 months later...lol).
3This sounds awesome and super simple to boot! Thanks for sending it to me.
