Root beer floats bah! Here's my recipe for a grown up ice cream soda.
2 large scoops of vanilla ice cream
1 shot of vodka
Your favorite soda
In a long class put two the two scoops of ice cream. Pour the vodka over the ice cream and carefully fill the glass with soda.
I was first introduced to this in a bar in southern spain. The best dessert drink after a huge portion of paella. Enjoy!
