This recipe is pretty simple, very healthy and delish! I always buy fresh salmon, it's so much better than frozen.
INGREDIENTS
* 2 pounds salmon fillets
* 2 cloves garlic, crushed
* 1 teaspoon dried dill weed
* salt to taste
* ground black pepper to taste
* 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
* 6 green onions, chopped
DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
2. Place the salmon on a large piece of foil, and season with garlic, dill, salt, and pepper. Seal foil around the salmon. Place on a baking sheet.
3. Bake 20 minutes (or longer, depending on if you have thick fillets) in the preheated oven. Remove and top with Cheddar cheese and green onions, and continue baking 5 minutes, or until cheese is melted and fish is easily flaked with a fork.

this sounds delish Glam!! I will have to make this a favorite.
1Sounds really good!! I love salmon.
2Sounds delicious Glam! I have yet to try cheesy fish so this sounds worth the effort.
3I didn't think I'd like it with the cheese but I really do!
4I bet this would be good on other types of fish too.
5hmmmm....I get skeptical of cheese on Salmon. I suppose it's worth a try though.
