I know this may be amateur, but hey... it was quick & easy! I just followed my best friend's directions! :]
You'll need:
1 bowl of beated eggs (2-3)
one plate of flour
one plate of breadcrumbs
Directions:
Dip porkchops in eggs, flour, back in eggs, breadcrumbs, and fry! Easy! 
For my sides, I just made some of the chicken & spinach risotto I made a while back sans chicken! I added more spinach and tomatoes! Yay! I also had some italian bread and dipping oil.

9My husband loves these. These taste great with buttermilk added to the egg. This will also make your pork chops tender. I also add more seasoning.
10i prefer pork katsu to the bread porkchops but it still all looks so delicious
