Actually, if you bookmark your favorite recipes and make a list, you can just copy/paste the embed code from the list and this is what shows up. I made Flash widgets yesterday that half the people (my work computer included) couldn't see, but the code at the bottom of your list works beautifully.

The great part is that if I update one of the lists it shows up here without me doing anything. I've already put two recipes on a couple of the lists since I posted this and I was so happy they showed up on the widgets.
