I must say, I'm *ahem* a little famous for my Pepperoni Rolls, even though people do not understand how easy they are. I wanted to share them so you guys could take credit for "slaving" in the kitchen for these scrum-dittlely-umpptious creations. Eye-wink

Ingredients:
♥ Frozen dough balls (as many as you want)
♥ Mozzarella Cheese
♥ Sliced Pepperoni

You can find the dough balls in your frozen food section. Near the frozen bread and such. Here's the brand I use...

little blurry, sorry.little blurry, sorry.

Rise the dough as if you were making rolls This will be on the directions and I usually use the *Speed* version.
This is what they will look like after the speed method of rising. This is what they will look like after the speed method of rising.
Preheat oven to 350*

Take two dough balls, (so this means rise double amount of dough for each Pepperoni Roll you want. Say you want 5 Pepperoni Rolls --Rise 10 dough balls) and roll them together. Like you were making a pizza crust.

Oops, flour caked on the ring is -not- good. Oops, flour caked on the ring is -not- good.

After you flatten it out. Put your pepperoni and cheese on the dough. Approx 1/2 cup of cheese and how much ever pepperoni you want.

Then start folding your edges over from one side to the other. Just packing it up in a little "pocket" like thing.
Oh, fold it baby.Oh, fold it baby.

* Star TIP Star * Keep a class of water by, it will help you "seal" the edges of the dough together.

After folded put it on your cookie sheet. Or baking stone, like I use

Brush lightly with butter and bake for 20-25 minutes
Let cool because the cheese that leaked out will be sizzling!

Star Don't be scared to switch it up. Use ham and cheese or turkey and cheddar. Make it your own. You could pack it full of meat and cheese and get some grape jelly and have a home made Monte Cristo sandwich.
