I made this last night and it was delish!

Ingredients:
1 Butternut squash
Brown sugar, butter, salt & pepper

Directions:
Cut the butternut squash lengthwise, remove the seeds, place in a pan with about 1 inch of water and bake at 350o for an hour, or until you can stick a knife smoothly.

Discard the water that's left in the pan, season with salt and pepper, then sprinkle a good amount of brown sugar in the cavity and all over the squash, add butter on top, and put back in the oven for 10 more min.
