Call it cherry cheesecake or cherry delight. Call it anything you want. It will always remain yummy! This version is easy and ANYONE can make this. In terms of easy I'd say this is just a step up above boiling water but OH SO MUCH YUMMIER AND FATTENING. Eye-wink

Ingredients:

Star 8 oz package of Cool Whip
Star (2) 8 oz packages of Philly Cream Cheese
Star 1 graham cracker crust (I buy the store kind because it tastes good to me)
Star 3/4 c. white granulated sugar
Star 1 tsp. vanilla
Star 1 large can of cherry pie filling (you can also use other fruity pie fillings if you wish - instead of cherry)

In a large bowl combine cream cheese, cool whip, sugar and vanilla and mix for two minutes on high or until it is a creamy mixture. Spread the entire mixture into the graham cracker crust. Put into the refrigerator for an hour until it has "set". Remove and spread the pie filling on top and put back in fridge for about 20 to 30 minutes. Then serve and enjoy!
