If I had *any* idea what cubed steak was, I'd totally try to help you out.

1Lauren you are in luck. I feel as if I am he queen of Fried Cubed Steak. Im sure that its not really healthy but boy is it a guilty pleasure of mine.
(fyi I usually dont have measurements for my shiz lol)
Just take some flour in a bowl mix in salt pepper little thyme season salt any other
spice you can find that you think might sound good mix it all up.
Have a frying pan with a inch or 2 of oil heating up.
In a seperate bowl beat 3 eggs (or more depending on how many steaks you have this usually covers 2 and 1/2 steaks for us)add a few drops of milk. Eyeball it you dont want too much to make it runny just enough to add flavor I suppose. I usually add some pepper to this. Then a few shakes of worchester sauce. Dip each steak in the egg fully coating it then drop it in the flour and coat it. Dip again in the egg and then dip in flour again. and put it in the pan. Leave it on each side about 5 minutes with out turning to make sure the flour gets nice and crispy and not soggy or fall all off. Then eat it well once it cools and youve set it out on a paper towel for a few minutes on each side to soak up the excess oil. I usually top with worchester sauce

Last time I just ended up
grinding it in the food processor and making meat balls out of it...Its the only thing sold at the commissary that is All Natural Beef. I just want to make something out of it that was
INTENDED to be made out of it.

5Do you go to the North Post Commissary or South? At the South one, they have ground beef and all kinds of cuts of steak that are All Natural. Finding all natural ground turkey is impossible there. And cruelty free meat...? Forget about it. But, they do carry American Range products which are (according to the sirloin in my fridge right now) "raised in the USA without antibiotics or added growth hormones and fed an all-vegetarian diet". They also carry another line that I can't remember the name of but the labels are green with a picture of a lady on them and they are also natural.

Our commisary only has a very tiny section of "organic" meat and its already frozen in those like tyson bags and stuff.
8So you really cant tell how fresh it is. And its always empty

I like cubed steak heated in a skillet with cream of mushroom soup and a little milk.
9I looked yesterday, and the green label meats are called Laura's.
