Does anyone have a really good recipe using edamame? I had never tried it until about two nights ago. My SIL has been telling me about how healthy it is, and how it's a complete protein, so I got some, but I don't know the best way to serve it. Just heated up as a side? I'd love to find a way to incorporate it into a dish. I was thinking of maybe putting it into a homemade chicken pot pie.

Any thoughts or suggestions?
