My daughter dipped them in Thai Sweet Chili sauce. She loves spicy food. The rest of us were happy with lemon.

Oh, I love that stuff Twink. That's a great idea. I'll have to try that too. I have a whiskey dipping sauce from Target that I use if I'm out of Chick-Fil-A sauce. But, I've been meaning to think up some other dipping sauces.

I followed the recipe. Also I used chicken that had been tenderized so they were thinnish and cooked quickly.

Ahhh, good to know. I finally bought myself a meat tenderizer last night, and it's good to know it will be useful for something other than the very rare chicken cordon bleu or steak.

Thanks Yum and Team! It was really easy and I'm a big scaredy cat when it comes to deep frying anything. My daughter, who gags when she's offered a McNugget, gobbled the Chicken Littles right up. Hehe, ok, well they're really nice. They're almost impossible to find in Quebec. Last time I went to Finland I already had three suitcases to bring back, so I didn't buy anything. Next time for sure.
