Pudding isn't a very common dessert here in Québec, but for some unknown reason, I had been craving pudding like crazy for the past few days. Having never eaten a real homemade pudding before, I decided to try making it from scratch. I chose a really easy recipe that Yum posted last year, and the result was amazing. Making the pudding was fast and so much easier than I expected, and the taste was like nothing I had tasted before. I then decided to have fun with the presentation and ended making really cute and tasty cups of cookies, pudding and jam. It was pure yumminess! Experiencing with pudding was so much fun, next time I'll try adding Nutella to the pudding instead of vanilla... Could be really good too. If you're entertaining and you don't really enjoy baking (like me), this dessert is ideal.

The sweetest pudding was probably the one with the chocolate. The one with the cloudberry jam and the cappuccino cookies had the most interesting combination of flavors. My favorite cup was without a doubt the one with the lingonberry jam and the ginger cookies.
