I went to a Pampered Chef party a while back and the host had everyone go through and say their favorite Pampered Chef item. Almost everyone there said the Mix and Chop I kind of got it just because everyone was saying such good things about it, but on the inside I was thinking "How special can it be?" Well, take my word for it; It's REALLY special! I always wondered how restaurants got their beef so finally chopped (without it being like chopped dog food though) because nothing peeves me more than chunky beef. So viola!
5 out of 5 stars!!

Oh that does look really handy Layla.
1Hmmm.... I'm glad I read your review, because I wasn't too impressed with the looks of it at the last PC party I went to.
2Neato.
3Interesting, this would be very helpful when making picadillo or filling for empanadas.
4Great review because I was looking into getting this!!
5Very cool. My sister loves anything from the Pampered Chef. I probably would too..if, I cooked.
She cannot talk highly enough about them. Anyway, I'm telling her about the mix and chop.
I bet she has one already.
6Oooh! Very cool!
7I have a love/hate relationship with Pampered Chef. Some of their stuff is really great, some of it is cheap and flimsy.
8Really CMS? I have tons of stuff from them and everything is great quality so far. Knock on wood.
Watch I have a big order coming, should be any time this week, watch I just jinxed myself.
9Most of it is really good (I still can't believe I talked myself out of those tongs), but I've had two things arrive broken. One was a spiral-ish whisk made of the same material as your mix and chop, the other was the oil spray bottle that you pump and it acts like an aerosol can.
10Even though I'm on my second whisk, I use it all the time for gravy and love it. I just have to be careful with it.
11Oh the tongs are the best!
My next order has another baking stone, a santuko knife, and the mix and scrape set. I'm excited!
I know what you're talking about the spray bottle. Lots of people say they like it, I don't have it though.
12I like the look of that tool, what can you use it for?
