
I love this cookbook that I got for Christmas. It's huge, so you'll understand why I'm just now writing about it. Each of the 100 chapters is devoted to a different ingredient! It seriously has over 1000 pages! It changes the way that I think about food preparation because of all the variations the author suggests. I love it because I'm always thinking... "What could I make with ______________?" The next time you're looking to buy a great cookbook that covers various cooking techniques, cuisines, and ingredients, pick this one up.
