I'm interested in getting a food processor but would love some advice. I'd like one that slice and kneads dough. Or do they all?

williams-sonoma.comI love the way you can jump from a 4-cup bowl to a 10-cup bowl to a 12-cup bowl in one machine.

I got this for Christmas because I was sick of my little ghetto one-cup food processor.
Product Features
14-cup food processor with 450-watt motor reduces prep time in the kitchen
Extra-large adjustable feed chute; 4 speeds plus pulse control; 4-position locking bowl
Stainless-steel mixing/chopping blade, reversible slicer/shredder, bonus slicing disc, and spatula included
In-bowl blade storage; dishwasher-safe bowl, lid, and blades for quick cleanup
Measures approximately 14 by 10 by 18 inches; 1-year limited warranty
It works EXTREMELY well chopping most things, but it's too big to chop garlic, which is what I like to use it for most. The cloves of garlic just fall beneath the blades.
