http://www.recipezaar.com (I slightly modified FarahC's recipe which came from the back of an All Bran cereal box)I made these muffins for breakfast this morning and they were delicious. I served them warm with butter and apple jelly. They were also ridiculously easy to make.

INGREDIENTS 2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup white sugar
3 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup milk
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 egg
3/4 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
3 tablespoons white sugar
2 tablespoons brown sugar
DIRECTIONS1. Heat oven to 400 degrees F (205 degrees C). Grease bottoms only of 12 muffin cups or line with baking cups.

Base recipe, changed to meet my tastes.Yes, the sour cream part threw me off, also. But, these are moist and delicious!
INGREDIENTS2 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 cup sugar
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 large egg, slightly beaten
3/4 cup sour cream
1/2 cup milk
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 1/2 cups raw cranberries, whole or chopped
1/2 cup sugar
DIRECTIONS1) Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

I know, I know, I've been going crazzzy with muffins lately, but I just can't help it!
Muffins are so darn good, their like mini cakes, ready to eat, just right portion sized lil cakeys.

Yesterday I was in my usual baking mood and all I knew was that I wanted to make muffins!
It had to be different though, something new, something that had to do with fruit I had most.
That fruit was mangoes.
