This is a fabulous dessert for the Holidays! This one, however, isn't one of my own. But it is SINFULLY delicious! I make it this time of year..... along with the mandatory lefse - being from Norway it would be a kind of corrupt table without lefse - but that's another recipe!
INGREDIENTS5 cups thinly sliced peeled tart apples
1 1/4 cups sugar
1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
3 tablespoons quick-cooking tapioca
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 cup water
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
TOPPING:
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup cold butter or margarine
1/4 cup milk
DIRECTIONSIn a large saucepan, combine the apples, sugar, cranberries, tapioca, cinnamon and water.

Blondeyy's great grandmother and probably her grandmother..
It's that time of year! Apples, pumpkins, and it's time to start thinking about your Thanksgiving menu!
This applesauce recipe has been handed down generation to generation in my family!
It is so EXTREMELY easy and so ABSOLUTELY delicious - I had to share it with all of you...........

Blondeyy's mom
I love those warm buttery huge pretzels you get at the mall, and so I inquired my mother - who is the baker in the family.
Here is a recipe that has worked. These pretzels are better than the warm pretzels you get at the mall by far!
They are great plain with a bit of pretzel salt or coat them with cinnamon and sugar! (I like to put a light cream cheese on mine)....
Enjoy!

Blondeyy's concoctionThis is the easiest and tastiest guacamole I have ever made! ENJOY!
INGREDIENTS!) Two ripe avacados (peel, denut, scrape out with spoon) ***SAVE THE NUT
2) One can of REAL Spanish salsa (the REAL salsa from Mexico are always cheapest & taste the best!)
DIRECTIONS1) Using a fork, mash/smash avacado pieces until your desired consistency (I typically leave it a little chunky).
2) Add your REAL Spanish salsa.

It is great, however, for those very busy days of holiday cooking!
