williams-sonoma.comI think this is super cool considering that I have the hardest times slicing apples and prefer to just buy the pre-cut ones and go on about my day....gotta have this!
Dial-A-Slice Apple Divider
Unlike most apple slicers, this tool produces two sizes of sliced apples.
With a single downward push, its stainless-steel blades core an apple and cut it into either 16 thin, uniform slices for use in baking and cooking, or eight thick wedges for eating out of hand.

For quite some time now, they've been listening to me whine about how everyone is sharing such great content, but it's impossible to find any of it. Well, they've finally gotten tired of my complaining and the great recipe database we've been asking for is finally on its way!

Florentine Tomato Soup
Green pepper, basil and diced tomatoes are simmered with garlic and bouillon, then combined with spinach in this easy soup.
I sometimes throw some carrot in as well, to take away the acidity.
